When you submit a property inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, property address, city, state, ZIP code, parcel/APN, approximate lot size, asking price, desired timeline, and any additional notes. We also record the submission time and, separately, your SMS consent choice, the applicable disclosure, and the time consent was recorded.
How we use information
- Evaluate vacant land and determine whether it fits our acquisition criteria.
- Respond to your inquiry, request relevant information, and discuss a possible transaction.
- Coordinate an agreed transaction with appropriate title, closing, and professional service providers.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website, prevent misuse, and maintain necessary business records.
Submitting an inquiry does not require you to agree to text messages. We use SMS for property-inquiry communications and related follow-up only where you have provided appropriate consent. A record from an external property database is not treated as website SMS consent.
Mobile information and SMS privacy
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party marketing. Service providers may process the minimum information needed to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to appropriate restrictions.

Website and technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs to deliver and protect the website. The inquiry service uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit abuse; it does not attach an IP address to your property inquiry. We do not currently use advertising pixels or optional third-party analytics on this website. If our use changes, we will update this policy as appropriate.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, security, and, when enabled, business communications. They may process information as needed to provide those services. Information relevant to an agreed transaction may be shared with title or closing companies and professional advisers. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or address security incidents. We do not sell your submitted personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed to evaluate inquiries, maintain transaction and consent records, satisfy applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through this form.
